Engagement Type

Technical Intern

EngineeringInternshipRemote (Pakistan)

About the role

We operate CRM/ERP setups, automations, integrations, and the technical plumbing that keeps outreach + ops compounding. You’ll help maintain existing software/integrations and ship improvements for real operational workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Support maintenance work: bug fixes, QA, small feature improvements, and cleanup tasks.
  • Help debug system issues across APIs/integrations, data sync, and automation workflows.
  • Write clear documentation (handoffs matter; we don’t hide behind “tribal knowledge”).
  • Learn the stack as you go, and propose small improvements that reduce manual work.

Note: This is a 60-day unpaid internship.

Requirements

What you need to have

  • Basic programming ability (any mainstream language) + comfort reading unfamiliar code.
  • Practical problem-solving: you can break messy issues into testable steps.
  • Comfort with Git/version control and writing readable notes for others.
  • Reliability in a remote, async workflow (clear updates > constant meetings).

Nice to have

  • Experience with automations (Zapier, Make, n8n), or webhooks/APIs.
  • Exposure to CRM/ERP concepts (pipelines, objects/modules, fields, deduping/normalization).

Sales Outreach Intern

SalesInternshipRemote (Pakistan)

About the role

We build B2B growth systems (personalized outbound, pipeline ops, and the underlying CRM hygiene) that drive calendar outcomes. You’ll help run the front end of that machine: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and clean activity logging so the pipeline stays real and measurable.

What you’ll do

  • Approach targeted B2B prospects (multi-channel), with consistent daily volume.
  • Qualify leads quickly (ICP fit, pain, timing) and set meetings for the team.
  • Write and iterate outreach scripts (openers, follow-ups, objection handling).
  • Keep outreach data clean: notes, statuses, and outcomes logged in the CRM.
  • Coordinate handoffs: when a lead is warm, make it frictionless for the next step.

Note: This is a 60-day unpaid internship.

Requirements

What you need to have

  • Confident spoken and written English; comfortable talking to strangers and hearing “no.”
  • Strong bias to action (you’d rather do 30 reps than debate theory).
  • Organized: you can run a simple workflow and keep your logs accurate.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus) and basic spreadsheets/CRM concepts.
  • Comfort working some overlap with US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Any sales/outreach experience (internship, campus org, freelance, personal project).

Creative Intern

ContentInternshipRemote (Pakistan)

About the role

Our content builds authority, warms up prospects, and makes outreach convert. You’ll design clean, high-signal social assets like carousels, single-image posts, diagrams, and lightweight brand visuals, optimized for clarity and speed.

What you’ll do

  • Design carousel posts and social graphics (primarily for LinkedIn; sometimes repurposed elsewhere).
  • Turn rough notes or frameworks into crisp visual systems (layouts, hierarchy, typography).
  • Build reusable templates so production gets faster over time.
  • Collaborate with writers/operators to ship on a tight cadence (iterate fast, don’t over-polish).
  • Maintain basic brand consistency across a growing content library.

Note: This is a 60-day unpaid internship.

Requirements

What you need to have

  • Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, spacing, contrast).
  • Working proficiency in Figma or Canva (Adobe suite is a plus).
  • Can take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Portfolio with at least 5–10 relevant pieces (carousels, socials, presentation design, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Motion/short-form animation basics (simple transitions, kinetic text).
  • Familiarity with B2B content patterns (hooks, frameworks, “explain it simply” visuals).

Atlaze is remote-first and async-native. You can work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection and overlap with our core operational hours (varies by role).

Yes. While some client-facing roles require specific availability, most of our team sets their own hours. We care about the systems you build and the output you deliver, not when you clock in.
